Payment Terms

• Payments must be made at the time of booking or as per the agreed terms stated during the booking process.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
• All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• For bookings requiring advance payments, the remaining balance must be settled before the puja is conducted.

Refund Policy

Only 50% Refunds are eligible under the following  circumstances: 

• Puja cancellation made with in 12 hours of scheduled time. 
• These refunds will be processed to original form of Payment after 7 working days upon Approval
