📜 Significance:
Basant Panchami marks the arrival of spring and is dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, the embodiment of knowledge, wisdom, art, music, and learning. In Maharashtra, this day holds special significance for students, teachers, artists, and musicians who invoke Saraswati’s blessings for intellect, creativity, and academic success. The yellow color dominates the celebration, symbolizing prosperity and energy.
🗓️ When It’s Performed:
- Celebrated on the Panchami (5th day) of the bright half (Shukla Paksha) of the month of Magha (January–February)
- Pooja is best performed during the morning hours, especially during the Saraswati Panchami Muhurat
🛐 Who Can Perform:

📦 Puja Samagri (Items Required):
