🌼 Basant Panchami Pooja – Worship of Goddess Saraswati

📅 When is Basant Panchami Celebrated?

Basant Panchami (also called Vasant Panchami) is celebrated on the fifth day (Panchami) of the Shukla Paksha in the month of Magha (January–February). It heralds the arrival of spring (Vasant Ritu) and is especially dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, the deity of knowledge, music, arts, and intellect.

It is an auspicious time to begin new learning, especially for students, artists, musicians, and writers.
