Naaga Abhishekam is a sacred ritual performed to appease the Naaga Devatas (Serpent Gods), mainly for relief from Sarpa Dosha, Kalasarpa Dosha, fertility issues, marital delays, and ancestral curses (Pitru Dosha). It’s often done at temples like Kukke Subramanya (Karnataka), Mannarasala (Kerala), or even at home if done properly.

Items Required

• Naaga idols (stone, metal, or engraved on copper)

• Kalasha with water and mango/tulsi leaves

• Panchamrita (milk, curd, honey, banana, ghee)

• Other Abhisheka Dravyas:

  • Milk, Curd, Honey, Ghee

  • Tender coconut water

  • Sandal paste, Turmeric water

  • Vibhuti (holy ash)

  • Rosewater or scented water

• Flowers (especially white and red), Durva grass

• Naivedyam: Milk, fruits, sweets

• Incense, Camphor, Deepam
